How long is a session?

Each session is typically 30 minutes.

Can we train outside?

Absolutely! I believe in using what's available. That being said, I train people in local parks and utilize the "props" in the park (i.e. track, hills, benches, etc.). The local colleges have great stadium stairs for interval training. Also, I take people on bike rides (road or mountain) through the local area. It's a great way to get exercise and be outside!

What do you do in a session?

Typically, I start with a dynamic warm up of body-weight exercises. Based on your individual goals, the resistance portion of the workout is specifically designed to meet those needs.

What if I want friends to join me?

People find that they have more motivation and are more apt to make and keep an appointment if they are accountable to someone else. Plus, a group of people exercising makes it more fun and social. You won't even know you are exercising!
